Is is time to say goodbye to spring? Currently the weather is wonderful with summer-like-temperatures.
With these warm temperatures the garden is changing very rapidly now. Lots of roses started to bloom and they are all doing very well. It must be a good year for the roses. The leaves of the Rodgersia tabularis were growing so fast that I already cut two leaves in order to give the surrounding plants more breathing space. As you can see the leaves provided Sietske and Frida with some welcome shade. I really like this bold plant, the broad leaves are creating a nice contrast with finer textured foliage.
On Friday Sietske and I met this amazing lady, Deborah Cutting from Australia.
Deborah is walking the world for love. In 2012 she started to walk pilgrim and other trails over 100 km from as many countries around the world as possible. She is inviting people she meets during her travels to change the world with love by making a written commitment and contribution to love. It was such a pleasure meeting her.
