It’s the month of March already – my birth month. It’s a lovely month for a variety of reasons. Sitting outside with a cup of tea, enjoying the early spring sun, it’s just beautiful. And then going out to check what plants have woken up from their winter slumber. I’m amazed at all the plans already peaking their heads above ground this early on in the month. Then there’s a bit of tidying up to do as well of course: not too much, as we still have some cold nights. Time has also come to trim the roses and other ramblers a little. In short, the garden is waking up, and I’m enjoying every moment of it!
The house seems to be waking up too, as I get the urge to change things round again! First I neglected this urge, but it’s a stubborn one, so I gave in and started moving things. Several pieces of furniture and such have changed places, and my bric-a-brac has moved around a little also. I really enjoy changing the house every once in a while, and playing with the things I collect. Our sweet cat Frida is very much relieved that everything has found a place again and peace has returned to the house 🙂
