There’s a small independent café in York, run by our friends Rebecca and Russel. It’s called Kiosk Project Space, and it is such a wonderful and inspiring space. We love to recharge our batteries there with a small meal and some of the best coffees and teas served in York.
Whilst there, you can enjoy the art, ceramics and textiles that decorate the space. I’m currently quite enamoured with the ceramics of Sylvia K: her works with bold blue lines can be seen in a few of the photos above.
The café is situated right next to the medieval Merchant Adventurer’s Hall, which we called home for the first 7 years that we lived in York. If you are in York, make sure to drop by this wonderful place. Kiosk Project Space can be found on Fossgate, right in the city centre. You can find more information on the Kiosk Project Space website.
